We’re AKC Rental, a family-run business based in North Wales, built on a simple idea — we originally wanted to take on a few properties for our own holidays. What started as a personal project quickly grew into a passion for creating welcoming, high-quality stays that others could enjoy too.
As we gained experience managing our own properties, we realised how much value we could bring to others — from landlords wanting hands-off management to guests looking for flexible, home-like accommodation.
